Tightening our belts and spending within our means can no longer be mere words uttered by self-interested politicians long after the campaign is over and the final vote is counted. It is important to ensure that our tax dollars are being spent appropriately, especially, during these challenging economic times.

We need proactive leaders who are not afraid to take a stand and say enough is enough! I have stood strong in my convictions for transparency, good government, budgetary oversight, and constituent outreach.
